He brings more than 25 years of experience helping entrepreneurs and investors transform early-stage and lower middle market companies into high-performing organizations through disciplined execution, operational excellence, and strategic growth initiatives. Throughout his career, Jean-Eric has partnered with founders, boards, and investors to lead businesses through periods of rapid growth, operational transformation, acquisitions, and strategic repositioning. His expertise spans business services, technology, retail services, consumer products, energy, and marketplace businesses, with deep experience building organizations, scaling operations, and developing go-to-market strategies. Jean-Eric most notably co-founded Survey.com, where he served as Chief Operating Officer for more than a decade. During his tenure, he helped grow the company into one of North America's leading technology enabled retail execution platforms, raising $22 million of growth capital, completing three acquisitions, and leading the company through its successful acquisition by Trax Retail. In addition to his operating experience, Jean-Eric serves as a board member and strategic advisor to emerging companies, providing guidance on growth strategy, fundraising, organizational development, and operational execution. He is particularly passionate about helping founder-led businesses navigate the transition from entrepreneurial startups to professionally managed, scalable enterprises. Jean-Eric received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Connecticut College.
